Why use an icon? The weather condition in two colors!

COLOR WEATHER THEME
Sky color (Up color):
orange = clear day
yellow = clear night
white = partly cloudy
gray = rain
purple = thunderstorm
light yellow = snow
brown yellow = fog

Ambient color (Down color):
blue = good day
dark blue = good night
gray = overcast
cyan = rain
white = snow
brown green = fog

The color coding for the b/w Pebble 2 is adapted to 3 colors (black, white, and gray):
Sky
black = clear / partly cloudy
white = rain / snow
gray = fog

Ambient
black = good day/night
white = overcast / snow
gray = rain / fog

You can also full custom your own weather condition colors.
